This summer my neighbors and I we joined the Sihlseelauf, a run of 14.5 kilometers along the Shilsee lake. The distance was longer and there were more ups and downs than in other years because the bridge above the lake is being repaired.
We started the race almost in the first line with the consequence that a lot of other participants overtook me during the race. But the race was even so a great fun for me.
I had an average of 5 minutes per kilometer and are very proud of my performance.
A couple of years ago I attended a speaking of Dr. Ulrich Strunz in Vienna. He held a wounderful speak about jogging and easeness of live. Jogging should help to train your physical condition but also your brain.
After his speak for some weeks I stood up early in the morning and jogged for half an hour. And the result was really wounderful. I had a clear brain in the morning and a very fresh physical feeling.
Years later I heard that medicals named a new kind of physical destruction “Morbus Strunz” because all people with this pain got it from jogging in the kind how Dr. Strunz had told them.
